Our wooden doors are manufactured with a tropical hardwood known commercially as Brazilian Mahogany, Southern Cherry or White Mahogany. The wood is seasoned and afterward kiln dried and stabilized in a Hildebrand kiln. The wood is dried down to a moisture content of 8% to 10%. We entered the international market in 1989; some of our original customers are still buying from us. Presently we export to Canada, Curacao, Dominican Republic, French Martinique, Panama and the United States. All door components are carefully chosen according to their use, the tone of the wood is matched to attain a uniform result. The doors are all solid manufactured engineered. Our doors comply or exceed the Wood and Door Manufacturers Association Standards. The components for all our interior doors and exterior doors are assembled with adhesive that complies with “wet-use” specification. Our panels are assembled with glue joints. All the doors are covered with a guarantee. To ensure good results the client must comply with our handling and finishing instructions. We are specialists in producing and marketing wooden doors that consistently comply with our customer’s demands. With dedicated personnel and advance technology we seek continuous improvement. The doors are developed to fit our customer demands and we offer the best quality custom doors. The company has attained and maintained the International Standard Organization 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certificate since 2003. |
